Joshua B. Winters

Joshua is the firm’s Head of Litigation, handling most of the firm’s litigation-related matters. Joshua maintains an active trial, arbitration, appellate, and counseling practice focused primarily on business litigation, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, professional liability, probate and trust litigation, and personal injury/wrongful death litigation. As a shareholder, Joshua helped lead the firm through a period of nationally recognized growth via the Law Firm 500 Award. Joshua has also received state-specific recognition by the Pennsylvania Bar Association via the Louis Del Duca Memorial Award.
